Which shade is right for me?

Unsure? Go one shade lighter than your natural brow colour for the most natural finish.
How do I use the pencil and gel together?
Use the hair-stroke pencil end to fill in sparse areas with natural, hair-like strokes
Follow with the tinted brow gel end to set your shape and lock it in
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — GameDay Brow is formulated with AICIS-registered ingredients, compliant with Australian cosmetic safety standards.
How do I remove it?
A gentle oil-based makeup remover or micellar water works best to break down the sweat-proof formula without tugging on your brows.
How long does one pencil last?
Approximately 3–4 months with daily use

Where do you ship from?
We ship from within Australia, so you're supporting local stock and faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We offer flat-rate AU domestic shipping:
- Standard delivery: 4–6 business days — $8
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days — $9
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Sydney time), excluding weekends and AU public holidays. During holidays, launches, or limited-edition releases, processing and delivery times may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
No for the time being. Only ship within Australia at the moment.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders of 2 or more items.
Orders of 1 item ship at a flat rate: $8 for standard shipping, $9 for express.

Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
For sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or gently used cosmetics.
Returns are only accepted for new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
No worries! Contact us at hello@adrenlitbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll sort a replacement.
How long do refunds take to process?
5–10 business days once your return is received.
Troubleshooting
I made an order but used the wrong delivery address.
Please email hello@adrenlitbeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Let us know the order number so that we can amend the delivery address before your parcel is shipped out.
I’ve placed an order, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
You should have received a confirmation email and a tracking number with your online order. Double check your spam folder and please check if your order's estimated arrival time sits within the delivery window of your opted shipping days.
