PROCESSING TIME

When you make an order on adrenlit.com, we will send you a confirmation email. Our team will then process the order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time. then ADD the estimated delivery time below to estimate when you would receive your item. 

AU DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 days

  • Express delivery: 2 days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM Sydney time. This excludes weekend days and AU Bank Holidays. During holidays and launches or limited edition offers, the processing and delivery times may vary.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS / RETURN TO SENDER Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at hello@adrenlitbeauty.com immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee an address update once an order has begun processing. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order, or a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES For sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or gently used cosmetics. Returns are only accepted for new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will happily send a replacement.
